Richard Smith is the President and Chief Executive Officer of USA Special Services for 21 years. Richard’s global experience spans investigations, employment background screening, safety and security consulting, domestic and international corporate executive protection.

Over the course of his career, Richard has driven growth strategies, refined customer experience and satisfaction, and developed strategies for continued operational transformations and methodology.

Zachary C. Smith – Vice President of Operations
Zachary is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a B.A. in Business Administration. Zachary responsible for scheduling security personnel, road supervisors. Handling all disciplinary actions, classroom and on-site training for security guards and supervisors. Zachary coordinates all special events projects for the company as well.
